Vijay has 30 years of experience in the extensively in the Banking and Information Technology sectors. Currently working with the NIIT Group, designated as Group Executive Vice President. As chairman of the board at B2R, he takes on a crucial role in strategic planning and governance.
Nilanjana (Nilu) Paul – Advisor
Nilu has 25 years of experience servicing global and domestic clients with a wide range of IT, BPO and consulting offerings - her expertise in outsourcing and off-shoring is as old as the Indian outsourcing industry. She has spent 13 years in NIIT servicing corporate IT clients. She was a part of the core leadership team at Spectramind (later by Wipro Technologies), one of the largest third party BPO companies, for 6 years. Since 2005, she runs a practice for Business and Operations consulting. Nilu is an Executive Coach.
